| The early focus of the
firm centered on quality post-frame construction in the commercial,
residential and equestrian building market. With the need for efficient
and flexible building construction growing, Kistler Buildings expanded
rapidly and today has over 40 full-time employees. Roland Kern, vice-president/general
manager, and Tom Golden, construction supervisor, oversee eight construction
crews, consisting of three to four men per crew and a two-man layout
and digging crew. The in-house drafting department allows for greater
control and versatility in day-to-day operations. The friendly sales
department guides every client through a question-and-answer survey
that aids in determining the exact structure for the customer's needs.
Finally, the front office and reception staff, including Beverly Kistler,
secretary, and Patricia Kern, comptroller, routinely greet every patron
in a pleasant, courteous manner. |
