Dear Mr. Ken Kistler,

We wanted to take this opportunity to send out our deep appreciation and thanks to some of the members of your company who worked to build us a really terrific horse barn.
Mark Heller was our salesman and has been absolutely terrific to deal with. Interestingly, I met Mark at a horse expo a number of years ago and he gave me a card and brochure. I told myself I would hang onto it because some day I was going to have my own barn. Several years later, 1 found that card and gave him a call. I have been into horses all my life and it's been my lifelong dream of mine to have my own barn with my horses in my own backyard. Mark really took the time to help those dreams come true. We spent a lot of hours working out barn plans, reworking barn plans, going over various options, etc, and he was more than accommodating along the way. He continues to be so today, as the interior continues to be a work in progress.
The site foreman for the project, Brad Welker, did a great job. Brad was most pleasant to deal with, even when he was out there freezing his you-know-what off in the ice, sleet, and snow. He showed up every day in some very extreme weather conditions ready to work into the night. I insisted they did not need to come out in extreme weather, but Brad insisted they press on to stay on schedule. His crew was equally professional and they produced a really beautiful barn.
You should feel proud and honored to have such dedicated professionals working for your company. They have represented Kistler Buildings extremely well and my husband and I are very grateful for all their hard work and dedication to our project. My horses appreciate it, too! Thanks again!
