I have enclosed my check #270 in the amount of $2,472.00 representing the balance due on completion of the job at the above address: adding two stalls and finishing off the feed room in my barn.

I am very happy with the workmanship, crew, and especially with the project management of the above job. For the latter, please convey my appreciation to Mike Cocco. As a professional project manager myself, over more than a 20 year career, I recognize and commend Mike’s professionalism and skillful management of my barn completion.
