Dear Sirs,
Enclosed is my final payment of $2350.00 for the construction of the garage and re-roofing of the house.
Let me compliment you on the fine work in the construction of the garage. It ended up like I envisioned it would be.
Secondly, let me say how much I appreciated your supervisory staff in their decision to re-re-roof the lower portion of the house. Although I never told anyone, I was very upset when I saw how crooked the shingles were. I wondered if it was the same crew as had done such a good job on the garage! I have helped in construction since I was nine years old, and I realize that the functionality of the shingles was not impaired by the first job, but I think your personnel realized that it did not want to be said that it was a Kistler job. For your unprompted decision to replace, I commend you.
I am now proud to say that Kistler was the builder. Actually I have told the story many times over and the usual comment is that the integrity of the builder is reflected in your decision to do over a less than excellent job.
I will certainly highly recommend Kistler if occasion arises with friends and neighbors for building construction.
