Enclosed you will find a check in the amount of $3,506.62 which is
the final payment for the storage barn built by your company. This
amount is less the cost of the lockset, which was $123.38.
Roland, I would like to thank you for your attentiveness to our project
and compliment you on the quality of workmanship that has resulted
in a very attractive addition to our property.
I was especially pleased with the work performed by Art, as well as
the rest of the crews who were a part of the construction phase. Art
was extremely attentive to all details of the project and was very
pleasant to work with throughout. He noticed potential problems and
was quick to bring them to our attention. He successfully addressed
any concerns that we might have had and handled all aspects of the
project professionally and courteously. Please relay to him our gratitude
and thanks for a job well done.
Hopefully, we will be calling on you again to assist us in our future
