With nine construction crews
employing three to four men each, and all the required construction
equipment for each crew, Kistler often manages several job sites simultaneously.
Crews occasionally combine for larger projects, or to complete a project
ahead
of schedule.
Skill sets vary within each group allowing for better use of individual
knowledge. Crews maintain a professional atmosphere at every site wearing
suitable attire and acting in a respectable manner. All job sites are
kept as neat and clean as possible. |
